For some reason the roller assembly on… For some reason the roller assembly on my 9150 massage chair stopped moving and I called Daiwa Massage Chair in L.A. and was put in contact with Jaime in service. He helped me diagnose and do some tests on the chair and we determined that the motor was bad. He sent me not only a new motor, but also videos on how to do the repair myself since I was not in the L.A. area. Thank you Jaime

I was not planning to buy anything, but now I am a satisfied and happy owner of the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger. The delivery process was outstanding! Christopher and Genesis were the delivery team and rendered outstanding service in setting of this amazing chair in my home. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in instructing me on how to use the Legacy 4 and its amazing programs. A+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day!
