I am very pleased I was very pleased with the recent Daiwa delivery of my massage chair. The delivery team was professional, personable, and skilled. They arrived exactly as scheduled and efficiently brought the chair into the tight basement of my home. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge of the chair's functions. They patiently explained everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood how to use all the features. Their willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. The professionalism and knowledge of the delivery guys made the process smooth and enjoyable. As for the chair, I've only had it one day but so far it appears to do all that I expected it to do. Not sure how we lived without this! We have had our chair for about 2 weeks now and it has been used just about every day by each of us. The professionalism of the company from the salesperson, Michael, to the delivery by Christopher and Genesis was top notch. We love the ease of use and all of the different options available to choose such as focus on different areas of the body, heat, stretching, massage,etc. So happy that we made this purchase!

I went to the Expo show at Philly Home… I went to the Expo show at the Philadelphia Home and Garden Shop. I saw the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger. I was not planning to buy anything, but now I am a satisfied and happy owner of the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger. The delivery process was outstanding! Christopher and Genesis were the delivery team and rendered outstanding service in setting of this amazing chair in my home. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in instructing me on how to use the Legacy 4 and its amazing programs. Christopher and Genesis also made sure I was happy with the position of the chair in my home. What an amazing delivery team!

No more chiropractors! Best chair EVER! I first tried the Daisy Supreme Hybrid massage chair while on vacation in Hawaii. Having looked and tried other brands, I instantly knew this was the perfect chair for my family. We just received our chair. Josue was not only the friendliest delivery person, he was also amazing in carefully getting our chair delivered and set-up in our home. He took the time to review the control panel, demonstrated the preselected auto and manual settings and pointed out the additional features on the chair. This is the best piece of furniture in our home. We use it almost everyday to relieve muscle pain and stress from work. I would highly recommend this chair!

I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and… I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and set up. I love it! I had injured my back a couple of days ago so I was timid about getting in the chair. Christoper suggested trying it on gentle and I did and it was great. Christopher and his brother, Genesis, did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up, definitely a white glove delivery. He took his time explaining how it works and answering my questions. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in my new Legacy 4 massage lounger. Thanks also to the no pressure sales person to Luis.
