Not sure how we lived without this! We have had our chair for about 2 weeks now and it has been used just about every day by each of us. The professionalism of the company from the salesperson, Michael, to the delivery by Christopher and Genesis was top notch. We love the ease of use and all of the different options available to choose such as focus on different areas of the body, heat, stretching, massage,etc. So happy that we made this purchase!

They arrived exactly as scheduled and efficiently brought the chair into the tight basement of my home. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge of the chair's functions. They patiently explained everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood how to use all the features. Their willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. The professionalism and knowledge of the delivery guys made the process smooth and enjoyable. As for the chair, I've only had it one day but so far it appears to do all that I expected it to do. Daiwa Supreme Hybrid… We had our Daiwa Supreme Hybrid delivered last week. We love this chair and upgraded from our Human Touch massage chair. Everyone at this company has been so professional and kind. The delivery guys were unbelievable. We had it narrowed down to 3 places in our home and they said, lets try all 3 and you can see where you want it. They let us video them while they gave us instructions. This chair is the best! Highly Recommend

No more chiropractors! Best chair EVER! I first tried the Daisy Supreme Hybrid massage chair while on vacation in Hawaii. Having looked and tried other brands, I instantly knew this was the perfect chair for my family. We just received our chair. Josue was not only the friendliest delivery person, he was also amazing in carefully getting our chair delivered and set-up in our home. He took the time to review the control panel, demonstrated the preselected auto and manual settings and pointed out the additional features on the chair. This is the best piece of furniture in our home. We use it almost everyday to relieve muscle pain and stress from work. I would highly recommend this chair!

A+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day!
