GBI’ve been in the gym for most of my… I’ve been in the gym for most of my adult life using different “programs” that I was able to find on my own. But, about 4 months ago I decided to consolidate my efforts and connected with a trainer who put me first on the MAS “Build Your Engine” program and then the “Tactical Athlete” program. Immediately, I was introduced to movements that worked muscles I did not know I had and after 14 weeks I feel stronger, looser, more agile and more durable than I have in many years. The MAS programs are the best, most balanced and well-planned training that I’ve ever tried. And the results after the first 14 weeks speak for themselves. Also, integration of the workouts within the TrainHeroic app is a game changer. Everything is laid out in the app intuitively so you can get in, get a solid workout done and get out. I absolutely recommend the MAS programs to anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level.

GBLove the program!! Brick House Strength has been a great program that is geared towards the exact workouts I enjoy doing. As a Physical Therapist, I recommend Modern Athlete to my patients when they are returning to sports or duty as a service member. GBCoach and community at your fingertips While it is remote (from the comfort of your own home/ gym no matter what state you live in) the dynamic and community is on point! To be able to communicate with your coach, and receive feedback or see the experience that other members of your team have, helps everyone grow together. The app makes it incredibly intuitive with videos of each exercise, so there is no guesswork, but you also have flexibility to make changes to your routine if needed. Your progress and PRs are tracked, and you can share with your team to both humble and motivate you. Coaches also include mobility work into the program, which is rare to find in training routines but greatly appreciated to reduce injury! It encompasses total body fitness to ensure you can show up to use your body for whatever life demands. Awesome app, awesome program, awesome community. LFG!
