GBit's ok it can answer most questions… it's ok it can answer most questions but it terminates if the question is a mature subject I think they should not have as many restrictions I'm an adult with no children it can't be dependent on if the topic is a mature subject

GBMy co-pilot experience was mixed My co-pilot experience was mixed. I loved the idea of a coaching app, but I felt both coaches I tried were kind of slack-y with advancing my workout difficulty and variety. Changes that were requested were not added until another reminder was given. Who wants to do that? After 9 months of giving it a chance, I switched to the (much less expensive) STRONG app to create my own interesting workouts that I can advance and change as needed. I would encourage CoPilot to make sure they have built-in ways to comment on how you feel you are progressing. And encourage coaches to be asking for this feedback as well. I received weekly standard "cut and paste" motivational posts, but what I needed was the coaches' attention to detail and my progress. Other participants have had a completely different experience, so I would encourage a 3 months subscription- being sure you understand how to cancel when it approaches the end. It might be just the ticket for you.

CAPersonal Trainer Custom workout App Easy to use App that allows a personal trainer to customize workouts for my goals. I enjoy I can choose my trainer, and if ever I'm unhappy I can request a new trainer. So far I really enjoy the trainer I have. The simple guides for each exercise is great too.

GBI have been with CoPilot for several… I have been with CoPilot for several months and am happy. I have tried a dozen training apps and finally have one I like - CoPilot. I like the integration with my Apple watch where it tells me to go higher or slower. It is very sophisticated. At first, the App was buggy, now it seems much much better. I also like that CoPilot is Fitness centered with the technology complementing it - rather than the reverse which some of the apps I have tried.

CAI love it it overall I love it it overall - intermittent server glitches that make me lose my workout have been annoying, but it's only happened twice. Would be great if there was a way to save them locally when servers fail.
