This is a review for the CoPilot… This is a review for the CoPilot workout app (as opposed to Copilot, the AI tool from Microsoft--there seems to be some confusion there--notice the capital "P"!) I have been using CoPilot first on Android and currently on iOS for nearly two years, and I must say, it is the best remote personal training app for the buck. It is about half the price monthly compared to the other ones, and provides nearly all of the same features. My coach/trainer is helpful and checks in every day. With iOS, there is the added benefit that if you use Apple Watch, the accelerometer is utilized to provide exercise movement feedback. My workouts are suited for my goals, and I have seen a lot of improvement as a 50-something male in the strength department. I would definitely recommend CoPilot to those who want to get serious about their fitness, but are a bit apprehensive (and budget-constrained) to meet in person with a personal trainer.

Great app to achieve fitness goals I’ve really enjoyed CoPilot for reaching my fitness goals. My coach, Dylan, creates great programs for me that keep me engaged. Dylan also consistently follows up with me on how my workouts go and my progress. Overall, I’ve found the CoPilot app to be really good. I like the interface and how each of the workouts has an example for me to follow.

My co-pilot experience was mixed My co-pilot experience was mixed. I loved the idea of a coaching app, but I felt both coaches I tried were kind of slack-y with advancing my workout difficulty and variety. Changes that were requested were not added until another reminder was given. Who wants to do that? After 9 months of giving it a chance, I switched to the (much less expensive) STRONG app to create my own interesting workouts that I can advance and change as needed. I would encourage CoPilot to make sure they have built-in ways to comment on how you feel you are progressing. And encourage coaches to be asking for this feedback as well. I received weekly standard "cut and paste" motivational posts, but what I needed was the coaches' attention to detail and my progress. Other participants have had a completely different experience, so I would encourage a 3 months subscription- being sure you understand how to cancel when it approaches the end. It might be just the ticket for you.

Great fitness app I‘m reviewing the fitness app, not the Microsoft AI service, which some of the other reviews seem to mistakenly address. I found the app, because a YouTuber recommended it and tried to do some research before signing up, but there weren‘t too many reviews out there, so I decided to just test it (there is a free trial period). More than three months later, I am still using it. I have a very hard time with consistently exercising, but the individual workouts I can do from home have really helped me to stick with it. My trainer is very nice and checks in regularly. When I signed up for a run, she adjusted the training plan and when I needed to do physical therapy exercises, she added those as well, so it‘s easier for me to stick with them. I also like the flexible subscription service, though I plan to stay with them! There are some minor issues I have with the app, and of course the trainer can’t correct my form as if they were there in person, but overall everything works just fine and I think the price is fair for what is offered (though I hope it won‘t increase, so I can keep affording it). I already feel fitter than when I started out a few months ago and look forward to getting even healthier. Thanks for such a great concept!

I have been with CoPilot for several… I have been with CoPilot for several months and am happy. I have tried a dozen training apps and finally have one I like - CoPilot. I like the integration with my Apple watch where it tells me to go higher or slower. It is very sophisticated. At first, the App was buggy, now it seems much much better. I also like that CoPilot is Fitness centered with the technology complementing it - rather than the reverse which some of the apps I have tried.
