GBMy co-pilot experience was mixed My co-pilot experience was mixed. I loved the idea of a coaching app, but I felt both coaches I tried were kind of slack-y with advancing my workout difficulty and variety. Changes that were requested were not added until another reminder was given. Who wants to do that? After 9 months of giving it a chance, I switched to the (much less expensive) STRONG app to create my own interesting workouts that I can advance and change as needed. I would encourage CoPilot to make sure they have built-in ways to comment on how you feel you are progressing. And encourage coaches to be asking for this feedback as well. I received weekly standard "cut and paste" motivational posts, but what I needed was the coaches' attention to detail and my progress. Other participants have had a completely different experience, so I would encourage a 3 months subscription- being sure you understand how to cancel when it approaches the end. It might be just the ticket for you.

GBAs an older user [76years] I have used… As an older user [76years] I have used copilot extensively. It's a fact that without this aid I would be lost & have to revert from windows 11 too I don't know where or when. It's response to my questions [some of which are at the most basic level]is is excellent [& I don't get reprimanded for repeating my requests].

GB3 Years & Going! Been using for 3+ years and I love it so much. I love having a real person training me who can answer my questions and create custom workouts for me, whatever I need. As I’ve had health challenges, my trainer has adapted my workouts. As life ebs and flows, my trainer can adjust my workouts to be exactly what I need. To meet me where I’m at. Seriously love this app.

GBHelped me to get back into exercise Copilot really helped me to get back into an exercise routine after having struggled for a few years. My coach was supportive and friendly just as I had requested and she tailored the programmes for my needs. Once I realised that getting to the gym and carving out time in the evenings were my top challenges, she created a plan based on exercises I could do at home and in more frequent but shorter sessions. The app makes tracking your progress and understanding the correct form easy, and my coach was in touch much more often than I expected. I'd recommend it for anyone who struggles to come up with routines on their own or needs some extra motivation/help.

GBThis is a great fitness app This is a great fitness app. For a very reasonable cost you get daily workouts and the support and guidance of a certified trainer. Big fan.
