Helped me to get back into exercise Copilot really helped me to get back into an exercise routine after having struggled for a few years. My coach was supportive and friendly just as I had requested and she tailored the programmes for my needs. Once I realised that getting to the gym and carving out time in the evenings were my top challenges, she created a plan based on exercises I could do at home and in more frequent but shorter sessions. The app makes tracking your progress and understanding the correct form easy, and my coach was in touch much more often than I expected. I'd recommend it for anyone who struggles to come up with routines on their own or needs some extra motivation/help.

My co-pilot experience was mixed My co-pilot experience was mixed. I loved the idea of a coaching app, but I felt both coaches I tried were kind of slack-y with advancing my workout difficulty and variety. Changes that were requested were not added until another reminder was given. Who wants to do that? After 9 months of giving it a chance, I switched to the (much less expensive) STRONG app to create my own interesting workouts that I can advance and change as needed. I would encourage CoPilot to make sure they have built-in ways to comment on how you feel you are progressing. And encourage coaches to be asking for this feedback as well. I received weekly standard "cut and paste" motivational posts, but what I needed was the coaches' attention to detail and my progress. Other participants have had a completely different experience, so I would encourage a 3 months subscription- being sure you understand how to cancel when it approaches the end. It might be just the ticket for you.

Great fitness app I‘m reviewing the fitness app, not the Microsoft AI service, which some of the other reviews seem to mistakenly address. I found the app, because a YouTuber recommended it and tried to do some research before signing up, but there weren‘t too many reviews out there, so I decided to just test it (there is a free trial period). More than three months later, I am still using it. I have a very hard time with consistently exercising, but the individual workouts I can do from home have really helped me to stick with it. My trainer is very nice and checks in regularly. When I signed up for a run, she adjusted the training plan and when I needed to do physical therapy exercises, she added those as well, so it‘s easier for me to stick with them. I also like the flexible subscription service, though I plan to stay with them! There are some minor issues I have with the app, and of course the trainer can’t correct my form as if they were there in person, but overall everything works just fine and I think the price is fair for what is offered (though I hope it won‘t increase, so I can keep affording it). I already feel fitter than when I started out a few months ago and look forward to getting even healthier. Thanks for such a great concept!

CoPilot is a great workout app! I think the best part of the app is the accountability. Lifting weights is very good for us, but I've always struggled at being consistent. I would do the same exercises for a couple weeks, get bored and stop. Now, I have the knowledge base of my coach to serve up new, interesting and challenging workouts. I never get bored of the workouts and my coach knows when to push me to excel and when I need to scale back. Love this for a workout app!

Complete Satisfaction Great app for a very personal, yet online approach to fitness and nutrition. I have almost daily texts with my coach and regularly scheduled video chats which allow for good communication and provide ample opportunity to ask questions, get clarity on workout components & form, and to discuss nutrition and other factors of health & fitness. I’m diabetic and began using CoPilot after a mild heart attack during the pandemic. Matt suggested an amazing coach who took special interest in helping diabetic clients. Nearly three years later I am completely off of daily insulin injections and have lost 85 pounds. The workouts are personally tailored to each individual client; coaches welcome input to better design your program; but, most importantly, everyone at CoPilot cares about their clients’ experience and success! I highly recommend this app. It has literally changed my life for the better.
