GBAmazing customer service. Ordered my stage and it didn’t take long for it to be ready for pick up. Timing for pick up was a bit tricky for me, my husband is a hotshot driver and usually in the area but at no set time. Stef was amazing when he walked in without a scheduled pick up time and allowed him to pick up my order. After a few days of having it at home I opened my stage to set it up and one plate was a bit damaged. I immediately messaged customer service after hours and was contacted by Roxanne as soon as they opened the next day. She was quick to offer a solution and shipped me a new plate. I am a fan of their customer service and will continue doing business with them. Thank you so much Stef and Roxanne for a wonderful experience!

CAphone number doesn't work... Their phone number doesn't work. They lie about having a live chat on their website AND they don't respond to emails. Awful customer service especially given how expensive their products are and how difficult they can be to setup. Not everyone is good with hex keys and giant metal poles. Go figure!

GBQuick and supportive I had an issue with my final receipt because I was charged for shipping when it supposed to free . Since this is my first experience with Xpole, I was really worried about their customer service due to previous reviews. However, Carolina Stone was amazing and kind. She fixed my issue and also helped me exchange my pole that suits my needs better. Thank you for helping me!

GBOrdered an xstage lite and had… Ordered an xstage lite and had questions and needed assistance with my order. Carolina Stone called me back within the hour and answered every question and helped me fix my issue with my order. She was extremely kind and polite and knowledgeable. She made ordering with xpole a wonderful experience and I will be sure to refer any of my friends who are interested based on my experience. So grateful! I can't wait to receive my order!!!

GBGreat experience I got fantastic customer service from Laura. I really did not think they were going to care about my issue, but Laura actually resolved my issue without trying to point fingers or fight me on it. (Seems rare these days) Xpole obviously actually cares about the safety and quality of their product, and it shows through the way they conduct business.
