FedEx lost my package but XPole took care of me! FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole.
