phone number doesn't work... Their phone number doesn't work. They lie about having a live chat on their website AND they don't respond to emails. Awful customer service especially given how expensive their products are and how difficult they can be to setup. Not everyone is good with hex keys and giant metal poles. Go figure!

Carolina Stone is hands down the best… Carolina Stone is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! I had run into an issue where I didn't get the full deal for the Black Friday promo and I was super nervous to talk to customer service to see if I could get it fixed. Not only was she super accommodating, she had the best attitude and I felt I could talk to her for hours! I understand it can be such a busy time fo the year in which it would be understandable that service reps might be getting burnt out but NOT Carolina! She's truly a gem and I have such trust in Xpole even more so now that they take the time to hire amazing customer relation reps!

Stellar customer support I had a problem with one of the components of my XPERT Pro tension-mounted pole, so I reached out to X-Pole and was quickly contacted by Roxanne who gave me a very comprehensive guide to troubleshooting the issue. When we figured out that it was a mistake in the manufacturing process, Roxanne was kind enough to send in an order for a replacement part and gave me the information I would need for tracking and receiving the replacement. Thank you to Roxanne and the X-Pole team!

Roxanne was great Roxanne was great! She answered every email in a timely fashion and even offered to Facetime with me so she could take a look at our issues in real time. We're still working together to resolve the issue, but she's been awesome so far!
