Stellar customer support I had a problem with one of the components of my XPERT Pro tension-mounted pole, so I reached out to X-Pole and was quickly contacted by Roxanne who gave me a very comprehensive guide to troubleshooting the issue. When we figured out that it was a mistake in the manufacturing process, Roxanne was kind enough to send in an order for a replacement part and gave me the information I would need for tracking and receiving the replacement. Thank you to Roxanne and the X-Pole team!

Roxanne was great Roxanne was great! She answered every email in a timely fashion and even offered to Facetime with me so she could take a look at our issues in real time. We're still working together to resolve the issue, but she's been awesome so far!

Absolutely incredible service Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan! Helpful Customer Service! The quality of the products at X Pole is always good, and the X Stages are sturdy and reliable! But when I did have an issue, the customer service was also very good and very helpful!! Roxanne H. in particular was VERY helpful! She was super polite on the phone, and was willing to help me find a few different solutions to my issue (a hex screw that wouldn't budge!). She also sent me a follow up email right away with all of the info typed out, and I thought that was just so kind and amazing!! HUGE THANK YOU TO ROXANNE!!! :)

Carolina is amazing! First off, I have to preface that like a lot of businesses, it seems X-Pole is working on finding their processes or is still short-staffed post-pandemic as I struggled reach someone during the holidays. However, when you do reach someone, they are extremely helpful and their product came highly recommended by a friend. Today, I spoke to Carolina and she was completely dedicated to getting all of my issues resolved and didn't let me get off the phone until everything was 100% resolved. I am super excited to get my poles and a huge THANK YOU to Carolina for getting everything all straightened out!
