GBGreat experience I got fantastic customer service from Laura. I really did not think they were going to care about my issue, but Laura actually resolved my issue without trying to point fingers or fight me on it. (Seems rare these days) Xpole obviously actually cares about the safety and quality of their product, and it shows through the way they conduct business.

GBAmazing customer service. Ordered my stage and it didn’t take long for it to be ready for pick up. Timing for pick up was a bit tricky for me, my husband is a hotshot driver and usually in the area but at no set time. Stef was amazing when he walked in without a scheduled pick up time and allowed him to pick up my order. After a few days of having it at home I opened my stage to set it up and one plate was a bit damaged. I immediately messaged customer service after hours and was contacted by Roxanne as soon as they opened the next day. She was quick to offer a solution and shipped me a new plate. I am a fan of their customer service and will continue doing business with them. Thank you so much Stef and Roxanne for a wonderful experience!

GBHelpful Customer Service! The quality of the products at X Pole is always good, and the X Stages are sturdy and reliable! But when I did have an issue, the customer service was also very good and very helpful!! Roxanne H. in particular was VERY helpful! She was super polite on the phone, and was willing to help me find a few different solutions to my issue (a hex screw that wouldn't budge!). She also sent me a follow up email right away with all of the info typed out, and I thought that was just so kind and amazing!! HUGE THANK YOU TO ROXANNE!!! :)

GBFedEx lost my package but XPole took care of me! FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole. Thanks to Carolina she will get the replacement one to me ASAP.
