USOrdered an xstage lite and had… Ordered an xstage lite and had questions and needed assistance with my order. Carolina Stone called me back within the hour and answered every question and helped me fix my issue with my order. She was extremely kind and polite and knowledgeable. She made ordering with xpole a wonderful experience and I will be sure to refer any of my friends who are interested based on my experience. So grateful! I can't wait to receive my order!!!

USFedEx lost my package but XPole took care of me! FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole. Thanks to Carolina she will get the replacement one to me ASAP.

USQuick and supportive I had an issue with my final receipt because I was charged for shipping when it supposed to free . Since this is my first experience with Xpole, I was really worried about their customer service due to previous reviews. However, Carolina Stone was amazing and kind. She fixed my issue and also helped me exchange my pole that suits my needs better. Thank you for helping me!

USCarolina Stone is hands down the best… Carolina Stone is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! I had run into an issue where I didn't get the full deal for the Black Friday promo and I was super nervous to talk to customer service to see if I could get it fixed. Not only was she super accommodating, she had the best attitude and I felt I could talk to her for hours! I understand it can be such a busy time fo the year in which it would be understandable that service reps might be getting burnt out but NOT Carolina! She's truly a gem and I have such trust in Xpole even more so now that they take the time to hire amazing customer relation reps!

USGreat experience I got fantastic customer service from Laura. I really did not think they were going to care about my issue, but Laura actually resolved my issue without trying to point fingers or fight me on it. (Seems rare these days) Xpole obviously actually cares about the safety and quality of their product, and it shows through the way they conduct business.
