Absolutely incredible service Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan! Absolutely wonderful customer service!

Roxanne was great Roxanne was great! She answered every email in a timely fashion and even offered to Facetime with me so she could take a look at our issues in real time. We're still working together to resolve the issue, but she's been awesome so far!

FedEx lost my package but XPole took care of me! FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole. Thanks to Carolina she will get the replacement one to me ASAP.

Stellar customer support I had a problem with one of the components of my XPERT Pro tension-mounted pole, so I reached out to X-Pole and was quickly contacted by Roxanne who gave me a very comprehensive guide to troubleshooting the issue. When we figured out that it was a mistake in the manufacturing process, Roxanne was kind enough to send in an order for a replacement part and gave me the information I would need for tracking and receiving the replacement.
