GBI paid over a thousand dollars for this… I paid over a thousand dollars for this thing almost a month ago and still can’t use it because it’s defective and customer service won’t return my calls or emails. Save your money folks 😤 For the amount of money I paid, you’d think customer service would be top priority. This company is the absolute worst.

CAphone number doesn't work... Their phone number doesn't work. They lie about having a live chat on their website AND they don't respond to emails. Awful customer service especially given how expensive their products are and how difficult they can be to setup. Not everyone is good with hex keys and giant metal poles. Go figure!

GBGreat Reputation and they have KLARNA! Roxanne was super helpful in answering my questions for the best pole finish for my concerns with living in a very humid climate. I just placed my order and I’m so excited! I did not do much research in poles before buying a cheap off brand one, and boy have I regretted it. I was able to use Klarna in order to make payments and I’m so thankful X-Pole USA has them as an option. I CANNOT wait for my new pole to arrive and once again, HUGE “thank you!” to Roxanne for being so knowledgeable and helpful. And THANK YOU X-Pole for making such good quality poles that every user raves about.

GBAbsolutely incredible service Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan! Absolutely wonderful customer service!

GBCarolina Stone is hands down the best… Carolina Stone is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! I had run into an issue where I didn't get the full deal for the Black Friday promo and I was super nervous to talk to customer service to see if I could get it fixed. Not only was she super accommodating, she had the best attitude and I felt I could talk to her for hours! I understand it can be such a busy time fo the year in which it would be understandable that service reps might be getting burnt out but NOT Carolina! She's truly a gem and I have such trust in Xpole even more so now that they take the time to hire amazing customer relation reps!
