Carolina is amazing! First off, I have to preface that like a lot of businesses, it seems X-Pole is working on finding their processes or is still short-staffed post-pandemic as I struggled reach someone during the holidays. However, when you do reach someone, they are extremely helpful and their product came highly recommended by a friend. Today, I spoke to Carolina and she was completely dedicated to getting all of my issues resolved and didn't let me get off the phone until everything was 100% resolved. I am super excited to get my poles and a huge THANK YOU to Carolina for getting everything all straightened out!

Absolutely incredible service Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan! Amazing customer service. Ordered my stage and it didn’t take long for it to be ready for pick up. Timing for pick up was a bit tricky for me, my husband is a hotshot driver and usually in the area but at no set time. Stef was amazing when he walked in without a scheduled pick up time and allowed him to pick up my order. After a few days of having it at home I opened my stage to set it up and one plate was a bit damaged. I immediately messaged customer service after hours and was contacted by Roxanne as soon as they opened the next day. She was quick to offer a solution and shipped me a new plate. I am a fan of their customer service and will continue doing business with them. Thank you so much Stef and Roxanne for a wonderful experience!

Amazing company, products and customer service!! I've used XPole since 2007 both personally and in my business and I have to say that their products are top notch. I have never had any trouble with any pole I have ordered for myself, or a student. Ordered an xstage lite and had… Ordered an xstage lite and had questions and needed assistance with my order. Carolina Stone called me back within the hour and answered every question and helped me fix my issue with my order. She was extremely kind and polite and knowledgeable. She made ordering with xpole a wonderful experience and I will be sure to refer any of my friends who are interested based on my experience. So grateful! I can't wait to receive my order!!!
