Amazing help with Live Chat customer service I was very pleased to know that I was speaking with real person over the Live Chat who helped me with my customer service issue. When dealing with my concern, I really didn’t think the issue was going to be solved. But I was wrong. Customer service was amazing with answering my questions and making sure I was getting answers. The fast response to fixing my order was amazing! I am very pleased with the great support and help that I was given! I’m very pleased with all of my purchases and for all my future purchases.

Subscription Scam I echo the 2-star review from Bec about the subscriptions. They do not send reminder emails, even for the first subscription order after many months. Then when trying to cancel the order immediately they say their policy is not to cancel orders, even though the order has not yet been packed and could be stopped easily. Why not remind customers of their subscriptions so products don't get wasted? Why not cancel an order that was created by mistake?
