GBCustomer service is just outstanding Customer service is just outstanding. I mean, above and beyond. Seawater Pro does a good job of navigating the cost/benefit discussion on water makers. Are there cheaper ways to build a water maker? Sure. But there are some places that you just don't want to cut corners to save a buck or two. In our case, we did additional upgrades on our own. But all in all, a great solution. And again, fantastic support.

GBCustomer services leaves much to be desired. Customer services leaves much to be desired. I’ve called twice, both times I received a very short response. Today I texted with a question and this is the response I received verbatim: “What you're missing is that you haven't read the manual, I'm really not here to read it for you.” BTW, I’ve read the manual, looks great and has great information for installation, but has minimal info for operating the equipment and none for the info I needed. Life is too short to deal with arrogant vendors like this.

GBWe have to open all the packages yet… We have to open all the packages yet before we install in 7 to 10 days. The owner Mike was great in answering our questions and answering the call on first ring. I would suggest for $20 to include the rAw water filter and save the hassle of ordering separately. If everything goes smoothly we will pass along the good word which is how we learned about your product.
