GBWell I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40… Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40 GPM but the website products didn't list it. But calling the phone number on the page allowed me to talk to a human and place the correct order. The previous Watermaker install took 3 days and works quite well, so wanted to upgrade to more capacitate.

GBCustomer service is just outstanding Customer service is just outstanding. I mean, above and beyond. Seawater Pro does a good job of navigating the cost/benefit discussion on water makers. Are there cheaper ways to build a water maker? Sure. But there are some places that you just don't want to cut corners to save a buck or two. In our case, we did additional upgrades on our own. But all in all, a great solution. And again, fantastic support.

GBGreat product and service This watermaker works great and is simple to understand and use. It's also easy to install and "by boat dollars" very reasonable on price. Previously had a Spectra which cost a lot more money, hardly ever worked, and cost thousands to try and fix. Removed it from the boat to get something reliable. Seawater Pro is the answer for us. It works!!! Customer service which is rarely needed is great as well.

GBCustomer services leaves much to be desired. Customer services leaves much to be desired. I’ve called twice, both times I received a very short response. Today I texted with a question and this is the response I received verbatim: “What you're missing is that you haven't read the manual, I'm really not here to read it for you.” BTW, I’ve read the manual, looks great and has great information for installation, but has minimal info for operating the equipment and none for the info I needed. Life is too short to deal with arrogant vendors like this.
