Outstanding Service/Above and beyond I would have given a lower rating but the service was absolutely outstanding. I had a couple of early problems with the portable unit I purchased and Mike took care of them right away. The unit is working very well and I’m now happily cruising the Bahamas and not worried about where to get water.

The price was good The price was good, the components arrived in good condition and appears to be good quality. However I had to reach out several times with questions and was hoping to speak with someone and that never happen, but I did receive a email with a YouTube video that didn't quite answer my question. I ended up calling my battery company who sold me my batteries 3 years ago and they got right back to me and cleared up my concerns. Either way this company sells a good quality product for a fair price and we are looking forward to getting out new unit installed.

Mike’s knowledge and availability was super helpful After several conversations with Mike at Seapro I pulled the trigger on the 40/gal per hour AC system. I installed it myself and of course had a few questions along the way. Mike was always available to answer questions and give valuable installation tips and feedback. Systems in and working, would recommend this system if you have the space for two reasons. I installed it so know how to troubleshoot and maintain it and spending $5k vs the $20k (without install) I was considering is a huge discount for the same end result.

Great product and service This watermaker works great and is simple to understand and use. It's also easy to install and "by boat dollars" very reasonable on price. Previously had a Spectra which cost a lot more money, hardly ever worked, and cost thousands to try and fix. Removed it from the boat to get something reliable. Seawater Pro is the answer for us. It works!!! Customer service which is rarely needed is great as well.

Mike made the experience great Mike made the experience great. I was replacing the workings of an old water maker and with his help and some excellent videos, we came up with a great solution. The complete kit arrived a week after in perfect shape, excellent materials and I look forward to an easy install.
