Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40… Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40 GPM but the website products didn't list it. But calling the phone number on the page allowed me to talk to a human and place the correct order. The previous Watermaker install took 3 days and works quite well, so wanted to upgrade to more capacitate.

Great product and service This watermaker works great and is simple to understand and use. It's also easy to install and "by boat dollars" very reasonable on price. Previously had a Spectra which cost a lot more money, hardly ever worked, and cost thousands to try and fix. Removed it from the boat to get something reliable. Seawater Pro is the answer for us. It works!!! Customer service which is rarely needed is great as well.

Mike’s knowledge and availability was super helpful After several conversations with Mike at Seapro I pulled the trigger on the 40/gal per hour AC system. I installed it myself and of course had a few questions along the way. Mike was always available to answer questions and give valuable installation tips and feedback. Systems in and working, would recommend this system if you have the space for two reasons. I installed it so know how to troubleshoot and maintain it and spending $5k vs the $20k (without install) I was considering is a huge discount for the same end result.

Top Rate Support We made a mistake when installing system. Chatting with Mike at support he identified the problem that was an easy fix. He also helped me through some other confusion I had. It’s really nice to have such excellent support when dealing with this new or new to me technology. It is working fine now. Excellent product. I have 4 fellow boaters with same model and all are very pleased with it.
