GBCustomer service is just outstanding Customer service is just outstanding. I mean, above and beyond. Seawater Pro does a good job of navigating the cost/benefit discussion on water makers. Are there cheaper ways to build a water maker? Sure. But there are some places that you just don't want to cut corners to save a buck or two. In our case, we did additional upgrades on our own. But all in all, a great solution. And again, fantastic support.

MQThe only experienced watermaker company As usual great advice to tech questions and clear commercial info (client for 4 years now) I could have rated 5 stars. But some « delay » in the emails. Nothing dramatic, but when you are in an emergency situation, you get stressed waiting for a critical advice. I still advise any boater i cross to shop with you for both the good products and great service you get.

GBWell I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40… Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40 GPM but the website products didn't list it. But calling the phone number on the page allowed me to talk to a human and place the correct order. The previous Watermaker install took 3 days and works quite well, so wanted to upgrade to more capacitate.
