Hot trash This company is hot trash. Don't jump on the band wagon. Do your research look around? There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you. This company is horrible I will never buy anything from them again I have found vivosun Has better products better customer service. And you actually get your product within 2-4 days of ordering And both companies are based in the same state But there are other and better companies then AC trash

I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6… I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6 oscillating fan that it was making a lot of noise oscillating and i was on a tight budget due to im on disability and with prove of purchase they replaced it with the second generation fan...... which is an upgrade so if anyone is looking for an oscillating fan this second generation is amazing.... top quality. AC Infinity was quick to respond and they paid for the shipping and sent it out to me super fast.... i really wasn't expecting them to replace the fan i was more expression my disappointment with the fan i purchased because up to this point the oscillating fans have been crap.... but finally a company has made i product that will last and is top quality.... i believe AC Infinity believes in making there customers happy and they have integrity and class....... i totally recommend AC Infinity if you are looking at any of there products and you will be satisfied.... great company and Thanks again AC Infinity mad respect 🙏 for your business model 👏
