AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro Plus AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro Plus. The product is well packaged and is very sleek. Now the bad the controller is very unstable and doesn't work very well. The controller will not maintain a wifi connection. You have to reconnect the controller to a wifi connection on a daily basism The controller is a huge disappointment.

Great Customer Service I have been very happy with my purchases from AC Infinity. After one year, two of my oscillating fans stopped working properly. AC Infinity shipped me two of a new improved model for free to replace them. Great customer service. Only complaint is that things are often out of stock because they are so popular.

I had three S6 rotating fans that had… I had three S6 rotating fans that had clicking motors. You guys didn't even hesitate and sent me three new ones. I have three AC infinity tents with the 69 Pro+, heaters, humidifiers, lights and fans. You guys are insanely great. I will continue to buy from your company and will promote you all I can. Alex responded really quickly and is… Alex responded really quickly and is shipping out a cntrlr69Pro to replace the cntrlr69 that came with the pro T4 fan. Couldn't ask for quicker or nicer service. Didn't have to argue or anything. Trust me, thats rare these days. Thanks Alex & crew.

I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6… I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6 oscillating fan that it was making a lot of noise oscillating and i was on a tight budget due to im on disability and with prove of purchase they replaced it with the second generation fan...... which is an upgrade so if anyone is looking for an oscillating fan this second generation is amazing.... top quality. AC Infinity was quick to respond and they paid for the shipping and sent it out to me super fast.... i really wasn't expecting them to replace the fan i was more expression my disappointment with the fan i purchased because up to this point the oscillating fans have been crap.... but finally a company has made i product that will last and is top quality.... i believe AC Infinity believes in making there customers happy and they have integrity and class....... i totally recommend AC Infinity if you are looking at any of there products and you will be satisfied.... great company and Thanks again AC Infinity mad respect 🙏 for your business model 👏
