I had a controller malfunction on me not too long ago. Nathan from their team easily walked me through some reset protocols step by step. When that didnt work, he had a new one shipped to me asap. Not to mention a sick pack of their ever so hard to come by stickers (much, much appreciated brotha.) This interaction just solidified what I already knew. There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you.
