Great products that the company stands behind I’ve never really had any problems with AC Infinity products, I am almost fully AC - grow tent, lights, exhaust fans, circulating fans. They are quality all the way through. I had an issue with a circulating fan I had bought over a year ago skipping gears. When I reached out to ask for troubleshooting advice Alisson responded to me within a day offering to replace the fan for me with the newer generation. That kind of product support is so rare. Truly impressed by the products and customer service coming out of AC Infinity. Thank you guys for pushing the advancement of growing. I will be a customer for life.

Hot trash This company is hot trash. Don't jump on the band wagon. Do your research look around? There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you. This company is horrible I will never buy anything from them again I have found vivosun Has better products better customer service. And you actually get your product within 2-4 days of ordering And both companies are based in the same state But there are other and better companies then AC trash

Alex responded really quickly and is… Alex responded really quickly and is shipping out a cntrlr69Pro to replace the cntrlr69 that came with the pro T4 fan. Couldn't ask for quicker or nicer service. Didn't have to argue or anything. Trust me, thats rare these days. Thanks Alex & crew.
