There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you. And you actually get your product within 2-4 days of ordering And both companies are based in the same state But there are other and better companies then AC trash

Great Customer Service I have been very happy with my purchases from AC Infinity. After one year, two of my oscillating fans stopped working properly. AC Infinity shipped me two of a new improved model for free to replace them. Great customer service. Only complaint is that things are often out of stock because they are so popular.
