Defective My wife purchased the Personal Garden for me for Christmas. The serial number you are supposed to scan to connect your garden to the app says "invalid" when I attempt to do so. I contacted Rise and they said "yes we know this is an issue for some gardens. Just use it without the app because there isn't much difference." The main reason for purchasing is the interface with the app. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from Rise.

Great company = happy customers! Ordering product is straightforward and easy on the website. Customer service is always quick to respond and helpful. The garden works phenomenally well and has already given me plenty of fresh herbs, fruits, and lettuce. I suppose my only criticism would be that product from the same order often ships seperately and arrives seperately, but I do understand why that's sometimes necessary. There are also fairly frequent out of stocks on the website. But in general, I am very happy being a Rise customer. My garden brings me a lot of joy.

I really like the live chat with an… I really like the live chat with an expert. And when he told me I needed a new pump etc. he went ahead and filled out the order instead of me trying to figure it out.

Love the RiseGarden and the app! I love my RiseGarden and their app was one of the reasons for my purchase, not to mention the sleek design of the Triple Family Garden. Having the app takes care of everything from when to clean the system and / or add nutrients. As well, there helpful videos should you not understand something are an added bonus and the customer support is outstanding!

Awful experience Awful experience, very similar to what I read below. Paid for 3 tier garden, only 2 boxes showed up. They were initially very responsive over customer service, but have since stopped responding. They were supposed to ship a replacement box, but have not and stopped responding. Will be purchasing from another company
