GBI've purchased two full-sized gardens… I've purchased two full-sized gardens from Rise (one in early 2020 and the second later in the year), as well as various supplies and products. Whenever I've had an issue with anything, be it a garden or order, they've been very communicative and helpful. Rise genuinely cares about their products and company, and I appreciate it!

GBI've purchased 3 rise gardens and a ton… I've purchased 3 rise gardens and a ton of seed pods within a two week period. Other than the gardens themselves being a bit pricy, I am very pleased with the overall experience. Everything shipped faster than anticipated. Everything works as expected. Some of the documentation has minor grammatical errors which can cause confusion for a newbie gardener like myself but I am thankful that they include documents with tips and guidance. I've personally worked for many start-ups and I am really surprised by the level of detail wether it's user guides, barcodes for easy setup or the graphics which are unique to each set of seeds/pods. So far I really like RG as a brand. From an NPS perspective I would definitely be a promoter (so far)

GBDefective My wife purchased the Personal Garden for me for Christmas. The serial number you are supposed to scan to connect your garden to the app says "invalid" when I attempt to do so. I contacted Rise and they said "yes we know this is an issue for some gardens. Just use it without the app because there isn't much difference." The main reason for purchasing is the interface with the app. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from Rise.

GBEasy ordering from phone The app on my phone to order was easy to use. A wide variety of products available. I purchased seedlings of salad, tomato and pepper. Check out was easy process and first class delivery would happen in 2 -3 days. The whole process completed in 7 minutes- loved the online shopping experience- added bonus 15% Black Friday sale!

GBAwful experience Awful experience, very similar to what I read below. Paid for 3 tier garden, only 2 boxes showed up. They were initially very responsive over customer service, but have since stopped responding. They were supposed to ship a replacement box, but have not and stopped responding. Will be purchasing from another company
