Approx 1/2 of the seed pods I get from… Approx 1/2 of the seed pods I get from riser don’t germinate, I’ve learned to use the rise system with my own seeds. The effort you have to go through to “prove” they didn’t germinate in order to get credited isn’t worth the effort.

It is better than we anticipated. The timer turns it on before we come downstairs to a light filled space with greenery. This has become the answer to garden withdraw I am experiencing in the Colorado cold. No depression that my garden is gone. I get to play with plants and grow food all year long.

Great company = happy customers! Ordering product is straightforward and easy on the website. Customer service is always quick to respond and helpful. The garden works phenomenally well and has already given me plenty of fresh herbs, fruits, and lettuce. I suppose my only criticism would be that product from the same order often ships seperately and arrives seperately, but I do understand why that's sometimes necessary. There are also fairly frequent out of stocks on the website. But in general, I am very happy being a Rise customer. My garden brings me a lot of joy.
