Easy ordering from phone The app on my phone to order was easy to use. A wide variety of products available. I purchased seedlings of salad, tomato and pepper. Check out was easy process and first class delivery would happen in 2 -3 days. The whole process completed in 7 minutes- loved the online shopping experience- added bonus 15% Black Friday sale!

Happy but not so happy. Receiving my order was a bit of a nightmare. I had about 5 things missing. And they would send me the replacements but sometimes forgetting twice some items. So it took forever to get the garden assembled and finally working. Customer service did send me what ever I needed. I was extremely confused on how to grow the seeds, work the garden and clean it. I think those instructions could be WAY better and more user friendly.

They didn’t include the ESSENTIAL pod… They didn’t include the ESSENTIAL pod trays with my ALMOST 2 GRAND order for a triple level planter & almost $500 in plants and now refuse to send them. Don’t do business with them they don’t care about their customers once they get your money

Rise Gardens support made me feel so confident in my purchase! I had so many questions before I finally decided to order my Rise Garden and Kayelyn was so kind to answer each of them quickly and in-depth. It made me feel incredibly confident that even if there are hiccups in my hydroponic journey, their support team will be there to help me along the way. I can't wait to set it up and start growing! I've purchased two full-sized gardens… I've purchased two full-sized gardens from Rise (one in early 2020 and the second later in the year), as well as various supplies and products. Whenever I've had an issue with anything, be it a garden or order, they've been very communicative and helpful. Rise genuinely cares about their products and company, and I appreciate it!
