Brian B. was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem. I then bought a part but ran into a problem on my end with shipping. Despite that Aubrey G. went above and beyond to make sure we could get our Laser Cutter back up and running quickly. Highly recommend them, they definitely earned 5 stars.

GBNova 35 software issues Nova 35 software issues. Brian could not have been more friendly, patient, or helpful. What a great resource! I sincerely appreciate his help, knowledge, and patient with me as the Nova 35 I was running had a corrupted file that I had no way of knowing or figuring it out. Brian worked through the system, found the file, was able to delete it and got me up and running again. I really appreciate having him as a resource!

GBQuick Support Response I had an issue with my Bolt and created a support ticket late in the day. They were able to respond the same day and replaced a faulty part at no cost.

GBThunder Bolt is a Quality Laser We just got our Thunder Bolt, and it's a wonderful quality laser, that should last for many years. It's built so well! The engrave/scoring speed is so much faster than the laser that it is replacing, and this laser doesn't require the cloud nor has to use their exclusive software. We use Lightburn with the Bolt, and they make a perfect combination.
