Our laser cutter was down, Thunder Laser USA helped! Thunder Laser USA is responsive, fair, and extremely helpful. The company i work for was having problems with our laser cutter. Brian B. was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem. I then bought a part but ran into a problem on my end with shipping. Despite that Aubrey G. went above and beyond to make sure we could get our Laser Cutter back up and running quickly. Highly recommend them, they definitely earned 5 stars.

Nova 35 software issues Nova 35 software issues. Brian could not have been more friendly, patient, or helpful. What a great resource! I sincerely appreciate his help, knowledge, and patient with me as the Nova 35 I was running had a corrupted file that I had no way of knowing or figuring it out. Brian worked through the system, found the file, was able to delete it and got me up and running again. I really appreciate having him as a resource!

Quick Support Response I had an issue with my Bolt and created a support ticket late in the day. They were able to respond the same day and replaced a faulty part at no cost.

Thunder Bolt - Wow! Outstanding! I feel the need to write this because it's often the case we’re compelled to take the time to document issues and displeasure products and companies but take a more measured approach when encountering something truly exceptional and unique. If you’re on the fence about buying the Thunder Bolt, don’t be. You will not be disappointed. My personal time with the Bolt and in dealing with Thunder Laser has been exceptional. In fact, I cannot think of a single thing I would change. What I expected was a really good product. What I got was a truly exceptional end-to-end experience that far exceeded my expectations.
