USGreat team!!! Grant and the whole Thunder team were great at the ISA Expo in Orlando. They answered all of our questions and more. Grant took the time to not only walk me through the machine, but also my husband when I brought him to the Expo to see the laser. The team was friendly and very attentive to everyone I saw walk into the booth. They talked with everyone I saw and I can say not every vendor did that.

USTone indicators ceased to work during… Tone indicators ceased to work during operations (this did not affect laser from working) Chris troubleshot in 2 emails (10 minutes) and I had a new control panel in 48 hours. Quick R & R and back in businessw!

USQuick Support Response I had an issue with my Bolt and created a support ticket late in the day. They were able to respond the same day and replaced a faulty part at no cost.
