He also checked in afterwards to make sure everything worked out), Liza Johnson (was very quick to get quotes put together for me), Aubrey Gilbreath (Helped me through the entire purchasing process), Grant Burrage and Eric Munoz (I had a lot of questions about the laser and they both took the time to give me excellent information and advice). I just got my Thunder Nova 51 and couldn't be happier with the machine. I would strongly recommend buying from Thunder for the excellent quality and customer service

Our laser cutter was down, Thunder Laser USA helped! Thunder Laser USA is responsive, fair, and extremely helpful. The company i work for was having problems with our laser cutter. Brian B. was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem. I then bought a part but ran into a problem on my end with shipping. Despite that Aubrey G. went above and beyond to make sure we could get our Laser Cutter back up and running quickly. Highly recommend them, they definitely earned 5 stars.

Nova 35 software issues Nova 35 software issues. Brian could not have been more friendly, patient, or helpful. What a great resource! I sincerely appreciate his help, knowledge, and patient with me as the Nova 35 I was running had a corrupted file that I had no way of knowing or figuring it out. Brian worked through the system, found the file, was able to delete it and got me up and running again. I really appreciate having him as a resource!
