Great team!!! Grant and the whole Thunder team were great at the ISA Expo in Orlando. They answered all of our questions and more. Grant took the time to not only walk me through the machine, but also my husband when I brought him to the Expo to see the laser. The team was friendly and very attentive to everyone I saw walk into the booth. They talked with everyone I saw and I can say not every vendor did that.

Thunder Bolt is a Quality Laser We just got our Thunder Bolt, and it's a wonderful quality laser, that should last for many years. It's built so well! The engrave/scoring speed is so much faster than the laser that it is replacing, and this laser doesn't require the cloud nor has to use their exclusive software. We use Lightburn with the Bolt, and they make a perfect combination.
