Huge thanks to Chris Myers (Had some minor damage to laser from the shipping company and he got me replacement parts within 3 days. He also checked in afterwards to make sure everything worked out), Liza Johnson (was very quick to get quotes put together for me), Aubrey Gilbreath (Helped me through the entire purchasing process), Grant Burrage and Eric Munoz (I had a lot of questions about the laser and they both took the time to give me excellent information and advice). I just got my Thunder Nova 51 and couldn't be happier with the machine. I would strongly recommend buying from Thunder for the excellent quality and customer service

GBNova 35 software issues Nova 35 software issues. Brian could not have been more friendly, patient, or helpful. What a great resource! I sincerely appreciate his help, knowledge, and patient with me as the Nova 35 I was running had a corrupted file that I had no way of knowing or figuring it out. Brian worked through the system, found the file, was able to delete it and got me up and running again. I really appreciate having him as a resource!

GBExceptional Customer Care Huge shout out to Brian and Chris for their incredible help on Saturday - a day when Tech Support isn’t even officially open. I hit my autofocus probe on the honeycomb tray while trying to engrave an oversized round. Sent a note after trying to fix it for a while and Brian responded in 10 minutes - asking for pictures. He then told me he could help and to stay tuned for a video he was going to upload for me to watch to get the laser head reattached to the gantry. Video was super helpful - fixed that but then the machine was grinding at the origin and seemed to be an end limit switch issue. Chris then chimed in and told me it was very likely the little black L shaped piece and to readjust - another video helped me unscrew and adjust it. First major problem I’ve had with this machine of my own doing and so grateful for the amazing help I received. Don't hesitate to buy this machine and work with this company.

GBTone indicators ceased to work during… Tone indicators ceased to work during operations (this did not affect laser from working) Chris troubleshot in 2 emails (10 minutes) and I had a new control panel in 48 hours. Quick R & R and back in businessw!

The Thunder Bolt Laser we purchased has been amazing, well built and have had no issues at all. This is definitely the right machine for our growing business. We may need to add another.
