Changed review !!!! I have called Hydrafil for a week now and have never received a return call. I ordered 2 of an item and received 6 and I want to get it cleared up. After I posted this, they called me within minutes and resolved the problem. Tremendous customer service. I am really pleased. They had a new phone system installed, and that was the problem.

Excellent phone service for ordering… Excellent phone service for ordering the specific filters I needed. Most all filters for my site are ordered from Hydrafil due to their efficiency of processing and the quality of the filters.
