GBTruly kind and helpful staff Truly kind and helpful staff, I just wish it worked out for us. I was in need of a new hydraulic fluid filter for our saw and ordered the same part number as the one we currently had. The first one was too long, but Matt was helpful and shipped out a replacement order for the correct length. Our shop manager came up to me a few days later and said the top was different than the one we had. I had emailed Matt about it and he was very helpful. Turned out I had ordered the wrong one based on just the part number. He quickly sent me a return label and issued a refund in a timely manor. I just wish this worked out for us, because I was very happy with the response time and the helpful staff. Our loss is someone else's gain. Thank you again for all of your help with my order.

GBChanged review !!!! I have called Hydrafil for a week now and have never received a return call. I ordered 2 of an item and received 6 and I want to get it cleared up. After I posted this, they called me within minutes and resolved the problem. Tremendous customer service. I am really pleased. They had a new phone system installed, and that was the problem.

INInvoice name in personal name ( not in… Invoice name in personal name ( not in company name) phone no is incorrect and UPS is not able to reach us However shipment is hold on costoms more then 7 day due to wrong documentaion in original invoice.

GBThe overall experience was great The overall experience was great. One comment I must make is that I'm disappointed that all your part numbers are changing. This makes it very confusing to stock and reorder on my end of things.
