Prices are unusually high compared to … Prices are unusually high compared to competitive products ie substitute/interchange and lead times are extended. Not always competitive with prices and often times customers aren't willing to wait for long lead times.

I reordered the correct filters and they arrived in a couple of days. Thank you for overlooking my blunder. Shout out to Matt in customer service.
