Efficient and easy to deal with I was shopping around for an hoist, not a specific one- I just had some requirements to go by. I reached out to them and I was helped by Nadera Webster. They were able to recommend the best fit for us. Also, I was lucky enough they had it in stock- so that's a plus! They helped placing the order and the all transaction was so smooth and easy. The order was placed on a Thursday and on Monday the hoist was here at the plant. A tracking number was also provide, so we could monitor the shipment. On Monday they also reached out again to check whether the hoist had been received. So, customer service experience: 10/10

First of all First of all, the lead time promised was 1-2 days after payment, and the order shipped 5 days later because I was pushing for ETA. Second, the shipment arrived in my area last Friday and today is Wednesday and I have not received the shipment, very disappointing.
