GBPaint damaged spreader bar We received our $5000 spreader bar damaged and scratched up. We were told we could receive a bottle of touch up paint. You would think $5000 would suggest we get a spreader bar in tip top shape. Not the case and not impressed.

GBReally bad communication - 4 days later and no confirmation of product being shipped Really bad communication. Placed my order and needed material for a project a week later. 2 days after placing order I called back because I did not receive a tracking number. Next day received tracking number. Looked up tracking number and it says UPS was making label, 3 days after order placed. Called back LES to see if I could cancel or return product as it appeared it would not arrive on time. NO returns on lifting straps? Really? No other shipping option than ground shipping. No help on customer support side. Too many other options to put up with this terrible support. Follow Up.... Will contacted me and explained they were looking at the issues and going to make improvements. I can appreciate this approach. I too have customers that have needs I can not meet. 2 things I do when that happens, communicate immediately, and try to improve the process. I am happy to say LES has communicated they will try to improve on these issues, and that is all I can ask for. Thank you for your support to address my issues. It is appreciated! Three stars for your attitude.

GBFast & Easy Customer Service There was a mix up where 1 item had not shipped as noted. But it was simple and easy to communicate with someone my problem. And they were more than gracious in fixing it.

GBOutstanding Customer Service I purchased a telescopic spreader beam with end caps and upon arrival, the beam had been damaged in transit. Upon notifying LES, they addressed the issue promptly and had a truck pick it up within 2 days. Customer service throughout this process was outstanding as they communicated well and had the spreader beam back in no time!

GBEfficient and easy to deal with I was shopping around for an hoist, not a specific one- I just had some requirements to go by. I reached out to them and I was helped by Nadera Webster. They were able to recommend the best fit for us. Also, I was lucky enough they had it in stock- so that's a plus! They helped placing the order and the all transaction was so smooth and easy. The order was placed on a Thursday and on Monday the hoist was here at the plant. A tracking number was also provide, so we could monitor the shipment. On Monday they also reached out again to check whether the hoist had been received. So, customer service experience: 10/10
