First of all First of all, the lead time promised was 1-2 days after payment, and the order shipped 5 days later because I was pushing for ETA. Second, the shipment arrived in my area last Friday and today is Wednesday and I have not received the shipment, very disappointing.

Outstanding Customer Service I purchased a telescopic spreader beam with end caps and upon arrival, the beam had been damaged in transit. Upon notifying LES, they addressed the issue promptly and had a truck pick it up within 2 days. Customer service throughout this process was outstanding as they communicated well and had the spreader beam back in no time!
