i ordered straps for my disabled sons hoyer lift slingg the straps were not what i thought i was ordering the co worked with me in a very posstive way and we got the issue resolved 100% to my satisfac i ordered straps for my disabled sons hoyer sling thought these would be what i needed but they werent even close . wanted to return them and find out the co wont let me . said i cant return costumed order .these were not custom order. were advertised on the web site
