USHad a weeping valve on our reservoir… Had our first issue with a weeping valve on our 25 gallon reservoir. Was able to chat with Alvin Seville at 6 pm in the evening, attached a requested photo, gave him our order number, and he said 24-48 hours... not much more you can ask for. Thanks Alvin!

USVery positive help with a product under warranty. Had an issue with a LED light that had a warranty. Contacted Growace, show a video, and a written response of the issue at hand with my LED light. They contacted the manufacture and a replacement part was issued. Falicia, my support for the issue, kept me informed of the steps that were happening, and the turn around was very quick to solve this LED issue.

USNew First time customer New First time customer, I ordered 4 days ago, one if wich was a Holiday and my order showed up on my porch today fast!. What i ordered was accurate to the description. I will shop from Growace.com again. Highly recommend, and remember people seldom leave reviews when they are satisfied with the purchase but EVERYONE leaves a bad review when they are dissatisfied with the purchase hence why there may be more bad reviews than good on here
