ITBest power laser After a deep searching I decided to go for V35 plus, a great upgrade on my old 5w engraver. It looks well made, strong and precise, with high cutting and engraving power. Just finished assembling and made some easy tests. Really love it. Beside that I can say the customer service is snappy and very close to you, with responsive and exhaustive answers. everything seems to run smooth and pleasent. Thanks a lot to Mona. Mario

CAThe worst Customer Service I experienced Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in many years. On the third day of use, the machine was working at 50% power in engraving and cutting. After sending countless emails and videos without receiving a coherent response, I requested the RMA and the return of my money. Since they ignored my claim and stopped responding, I sought PayPal protection but unfortunately, they only protect you if the paid item is not received, but not if it is defective. Based on this experience, I recommend not buying these machines if you need technical support or a warranty for the sale.

GBAtezr apparently makes a good laser… Atezr apparently makes a good laser according to several YouTube sites. However, their support is abysmal!!! Chinese service is does not exist in any way, shape, or form. Their philosophy is simple. Purchase a product and you are on your own - imported laser products as well. Instructions are non-existent, phone (California #) does not work, and e-mails inquiries are simply useless. "Ricky" indicated that a professional would get back to me yet it has been since mid December and no response...period. They did one follow-up asking for a video of the issue, which was forwarded to them on 12/25/23. Have emailed two requests for follow-up with no replay. –------- Update: Finally, mid January, they have been responding through email. Communications/language issues are a big issue. Their responses are 24 hour behind due to Cinis being on the opposite side of the globe. Find it stunning that there is no US English speaking Service center. Clearly, they need need to understand the US consumer expectation and how high the bar has been set in excellence over generations.

GBReceived the laser fast for my area Received the laser fast for my area. After assembly it seems to be a decent quality machine. however the laser module was not performing as described and advertised at all. Contacted customer service and they got back to me overnight (major time difference between us). They requested photos of items I was trying to make and software setup and parameters. I sent this via email. That was the last contact from them. I have messaged them a few time with no reply's since then. Update 10-20-23. Atezer has decided to send me a new Focus lens. this was on the 10th. as of the 20th I still do not have the new part. I hope to get it soon, but I do not expect it anytime soon. I have tried to get Clarification of which lens is the focus lens, of the two that are on my laser. The lens that is easy to get to and replace looks good still. The Lens that appears to be more permanent up in the module slightly, is clearly damaged. I am hoping that is the "focus lens" they are sending. I added a star because they do seem to be trying to help. I will update again after part arrives and i see if it is fixed or not.

GBQuality Build I am very impressed with the quality of build, a very robust machine which should equate into many hours of service. One small hiccup when the machine fired up, but with one software modification it was clear sailing from that point on. The service team was quick to respond and guide me through the adjustment. Looking forward to future product offerings!
