I am new to the world of laser engraving and started out with their P20 Plus machine. The price point and the accessories included are great value for your money! No extra fees for an air assist. Set up was easy and it just worked out of the box. I am looking forward to using the rotary accessory and the extension kit for making larger projects and some custom tumblers. So far all of my questions to customer service have been answered within 24 hours and it almost feels like I have personalized support. I am already looking at the new V35 Plus. I am hoping they sell the 35W laser separately!

Atezr apparently makes a good laser… Atezr apparently makes a good laser according to several YouTube sites. However, their support is abysmal!!! Chinese service is does not exist in any way, shape, or form. Their philosophy is simple. Purchase a product and you are on your own - imported laser products as well. Instructions are non-existent, phone (California #) does not work, and e-mails inquiries are simply useless. "Ricky" indicated that a professional would get back to me yet it has been since mid December and no response...period. They did one follow-up asking for a video of the issue, which was forwarded to them on 12/25/23. Have emailed two requests for follow-up with no replay. –------- Update: Finally, mid January, they have been responding through email. Communications/language issues are a big issue. Their responses are 24 hour behind due to Cinis being on the opposite side of the globe. Find it stunning that there is no US English speaking Service center. Clearly, they need need to understand the US consumer expectation and how high the bar has been set in excellence over generations.

Best experience I consider atezr cnc lasers to be of high quality. The aluminium frame construction is very rigid, which allows high feed rates without vibration and scraping of the structure. My p20 also has a high quality laser head with which I have made many creative products over the last six months. My next choice would be the Atezr again, this time with 35W of power.

Broken laser, long resolution Ordered an L2 36W laser which was delivered promptly. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is nice, but the laser head wouldn't move as expected in every direction - basic home function failed with no obstructions and it moves freely by hand. Sent a video of the problem and a detailed list of troubleshooting steps completed to tech support. It took a while to get tech support to agree that the unit was defective but wouldn't provide an RMA despite being within their return policy window. It took a long time, but they made it right.

Don't buy from them! ATEZR has lied to me since may. I won an engraver in May for mothers day contest, and they refuse to send me my prize. They won't answer my emails, nor send me what I won. Customer service is a joke. Why lie to your customers. Would never buy from them again
