DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY the ATEZR L2 36W Laser Engraver . the Laser that is being weird & acting crazy after one week.doesn’t follow the Lightburn program & it does whatever it wants.It makes a mess everywhere when you drawings something and wasting a lot material.the laser stops working correctly, it starts cutting a vertical line at every job it moves in random directions. The website phone number does not work. Emails get you in a loop from hell.Don't buy this piece of garbage

The machine is very well-built excellent customer service The machine is very well-built and the company has excellent customer service! I am new to the world of laser engraving and started out with their P20 Plus machine. The price point and the accessories included are great value for your money! No extra fees for an air assist. Set up was easy and it just worked out of the box. I am looking forward to using the rotary accessory and the extension kit for making larger projects and some custom tumblers. So far all of my questions to customer service have been answered within 24 hours and it almost feels like I have personalized support. I am already looking at the new V35 Plus. I am hoping they sell the 35W laser separately!

The worst Customer Service I experienced Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in many years. On the third day of use, the machine was working at 50% power in engraving and cutting. After sending countless emails and videos without receiving a coherent response, I requested the RMA and the return of my money. Since they ignored my claim and stopped responding, I sought PayPal protection but unfortunately, they only protect you if the paid item is not received, but not if it is defective. Based on this experience, I recommend not buying these machines if you need technical support or a warranty for the sale.

Broken laser, long resolution Ordered an L2 36W laser which was delivered promptly. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is nice, but the laser head wouldn't move as expected in every direction - basic home function failed with no obstructions and it moves freely by hand. Sent a video of the problem and a detailed list of troubleshooting steps completed to tech support. It took a while to get tech support to agree that the unit was defective but wouldn't provide an RMA despite being within their return policy window. It took a long time, but they made it right.

Best power laser After a deep searching I decided to go for V35 plus, a great upgrade on my old 5w engraver. It looks well made, strong and precise, with high cutting and engraving power. Just finished assembling and made some easy tests. Really love it. Beside that I can say the customer service is snappy and very close to you, with responsive and exhaustive answers. everything seems to run smooth and pleasent. Thanks a lot to Mona. Mario
