GBAtezr apparently makes a good laser… Atezr apparently makes a good laser according to several YouTube sites. However, their support is abysmal!!! Chinese service is does not exist in any way, shape, or form. Their philosophy is simple. Purchase a product and you are on your own - imported laser products as well. Instructions are non-existent, phone (California #) does not work, and e-mails inquiries are simply useless. "Ricky" indicated that a professional would get back to me yet it has been since mid December and no response...period. They did one follow-up asking for a video of the issue, which was forwarded to them on 12/25/23. Have emailed two requests for follow-up with no replay. –------- Update: Finally, mid January, they have been responding through email. Communications/language issues are a big issue. Their responses are 24 hour behind due to Cinis being on the opposite side of the globe. Find it stunning that there is no US English speaking Service center. Clearly, they need need to understand the US consumer expectation and how high the bar has been set in excellence over generations.

GB60 days without warranty repair or refund Feb 9, 2024, for 60 days I have had no usable laser machine (Atezr P20) or money to buy a different machine due to numerous excuses and delays and failure to honor the warranty by Atezr. Dec 11 notified Atezr my focusing lens was etched and asked for advice. Next day Atezr agreed to replace it under warranty, on Dec 13 Atezr said they would ship the replacement part. 21 days later I requested a shipment update. Jan 4 Atezr “claimed” was damaged in shipment would resend, actually shipped it on Jan 16. On Jan 27 the part sent arrived but it was the WRONG PART - 47 days to get the wrong part and not using my laser. Jan 31 Atezr said they would refund my purchase and said they needed Paypal info, I sent it the same day. Feb 2, Atezr wanted to confirm my paypal information, I confirmed the same day. Feb 4 I set up a Money Request through Paypal to make it easier, which Atezr confirmed on Feb 6 and said “payment should be directly credited to your account”. In my opinion and based actual interaction with Atezr, the customer service is very bad and they will not honor their warranty obligations.

CAThe worst Customer Service I experienced Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in many years. On the third day of use, the machine was working at 50% power in engraving and cutting. After sending countless emails and videos without receiving a coherent response, I requested the RMA and the return of my money. Since they ignored my claim and stopped responding, I sought PayPal protection but unfortunately, they only protect you if the paid item is not received, but not if it is defective. Based on this experience, I recommend not buying these machines if you need technical support or a warranty for the sale.

GBVery impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus... I am very impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus laser. The performance is very impressive. In my tests it meets or exceeds the performance of the $10,000+ Epilog Fusion M2 40w CO2 lasers we have at the school I teach at (aside from etching glass without a coating, but that wasn't expected because diode vs CO2). Also, Atezr's customer service has been very responsive and proactive about keeping me updated about the shipping status of the accessories I ordered with my laser. They were both on backorder at the time of my initial order and Atezr customer service reps have kept me updated every step of the way. Top notch customer service!

GBExcellent Service I had a couple of minor issues with my machine and Atezr was very quick to respond and send the parts that I needed. I'm new to diode lasers and they were very helpful and understanding. One of the issues I had was with the focusing lens. Atezr didn't just send a lens, they sent the lens assembly to me so all I had to do was screw it onto the module. I am very satisfied with the service I've received.
