WRONG WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (if that's what its called). I believe most of these reviews are FAKE! Try and call them BEFORE you buy, they are NON EXISTANT! No one will answer by phone or email. Save yourself the frustration call them FIRST that go somewhere else becuase you will NOT reach a single person for help. We had our AC company FINALLY get ahold of someone after hours and days of calling for a warranty issue, never got re-imbursement as they were supposed to and promised on the phone. BUMMER I had to write this to warn others and I placed a complaint about bad business practices with the BBB. Don't get ripped off with non-existent customer service when needed!

"Extremely Pleased" We purchased a Boreal 18,000 BTU unit from ComfortUp to cool our 500 sqft. bonus room in the attic. So far we are extremely happy! I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house the following Friday. Our HVAC contractor said it was one of the easiest systems he has ever installed. The unit works great!!! I would purchase another system from ComfortUp if we ever have another need.

Horrible The delivery service was horrible. The secretary on the phone was nasty when she called to schedule and recommend we go pick up the unit at the shipping facility instead of having it delivered as it weighed alot. We had it delivered to our home. There was only one delivery man who was older and unable to move it himself. He had no hand truck and the lift on the delivery truck was broken. My husbamd had a hand truck and had to help with the whole delivery. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.

Warranty When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.
