GBcustomer support inexperienced customer support inexperienced. Your return policy needs to re evaluated. Customer service states no return or refunds if product is install . My question to customer, it you do not install how do you know if product has a defect? I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. I received item, had it install by a professional, ductless mini air condition worked for about 10 minutes total within two weeks of item being in my possession.

GBWRONG WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (if that's what its called). I believe most of these reviews are FAKE! Try and call them BEFORE you buy, they are NON EXISTANT! No one will answer by phone or email. Save yourself the frustration call them FIRST that go somewhere else becuase you will NOT reach a single person for help. We had our AC company FINALLY get ahold of someone after hours and days of calling for a warranty issue, never got re-imbursement as they were supposed to and promised on the phone. BUMMER I had to write this to warn others and I placed a complaint about bad business practices with the BBB. Don't get ripped off with non-existent customer service when needed!

CAGreat White North I'm on the West Coast of Canada. Yes, we like to keep cool here during the summer too! I worked with Carey over the phone to select and place an order for a Gree multi split system on May 23. Today is May 26 and I am writing this review having just picked up my system from a 'ship to the border' warehouse in Blaine, WA. I am blown away by the efficiency of service from ComfortUp! The order drop-shipped out of Fresno on the same day and is now sitting in my garage ready for installation. Excellent job ComfortUp!

GBWarranty When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.
