GBTerrible Product, and even worse Customer Service I had purchased a PowerSmart push lawnmower to replace my old Craftsman that I had owned for 16 years. After the first season with the Powersmart, the plastic front end that holds the front wheels snapped!!! The front end was digging into my grass!!! I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer service by telephone. Just as I was next in line, I get disconnected. Stay away from this company! Not just this product, but the WHOLE company!!!

GBDisappointed This is the worst customer service ever. I bought a snow blower that is now leaking gas. No one in my area will service this snow blower because they have hard time getting parts from this company. I tried to call to find out if there is a service area near me but I just keep getting thrown in a loop and never really actually speaking with a person. I have also sent several emails with no response. Can someone please reach out to let me know where I can get this thing serviced. I will never by any powersmart products again!!!!!!

GBI wouldn't even give them a star if I… I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have to. Worst customer service out there communication sucks product knowledge sucks. Parts and personal contact, good luck!! Try getting a hold of the company before you buy their product and I guarantee you will not

GBI purchased a power smart…lawnmower I purchased a power smart self-propelled lawn mower. On April the 10th 2023. A month and a 1/2 after I received it. The lawn mower stopped working. The engine would not start. So I called the company. And the lady told me the particular engine that I had. They have lots of problems with them and they are not selling them Anymore, they are giving refunds. I still have not gotten my refund. And every time I call,the phones do not work. I get knocked off when they say I'm next in line. Nobody answers the phones. I just want my money back. 😞
