Worst Customer Service ever do not buy from this company!If it would let me I would give them a… If it would let me I would give them a "0". You call their "customer service number" and get caught in an infinite loop nobody ever comes to answer your calls

Terrible Product, and even worse Customer Service I had purchased a PowerSmart push lawnmower to replace my old Craftsman that I had owned for 16 years. After the first season with the Powersmart, the plastic front end that holds the front wheels snapped!!! The front end was digging into my grass!!! I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer service by telephone. Just as I was next in line, I get disconnected. Stay away from this company! Not just this product, but the WHOLE company!!!

I been trying to order parts for my… I been trying to order parts for my lawn mower, and the part are not list on the website. tried calling, not no response. i have email twice, still no response. the customer service for this company is so unorganized, lack any kind of communication to help when it comes to solving problem, and the part depart website is in complete. need to be update. may have to trash my lawn mower because unable to find the part needed to pick the mower, poor customer service, or should i say no customer service.

Deplorable Customer Service Similar to the majority of reviews on this thread, I share the same sentiment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support regarding a battery return, but have received no response. The battery in question was intended as a backup for an electric snowblower. Although I had no issues returning the snowblower itself (due to its poor performance) through Walmart, the battery was purchased directly from PowerSmart. Unfortunately, my four emails regarding the battery have gone unanswered. It is truly disappointing to witness such a poor level of customer service from a company.

Would give no stars if I could Would give no stars if I could. We bought a lawnmower from this company last year, needless to say not even few months after it broke. The entire front end where the front wheels and height adjustment are located snapped. Its thin plastic that holds the front end up, it snapped during a cut. Not long after that the entire rear self propelled wheel broke off at the center. Cant use it at all!!! I have sent the customer service multiple emails in the following months, and never got a reply nothing nada zilch. Now Im stuck with a $200+ mower that doesnt even work and has been used maybe 8 times. Do not waste your money here, pay more and buy something from a store or a reputable company. This place will steal your money and give you crap in return!!
