USI been trying to order parts for my… I been trying to order parts for my lawn mower, and the part are not list on the website. tried calling, not no response. i have email twice, still no response. the customer service for this company is so unorganized, lack any kind of communication to help when it comes to solving problem, and the part depart website is in complete. need to be update. may have to trash my lawn mower because unable to find the part needed to pick the mower, poor customer service, or should i say no customer service.

USDeplorable Customer Service Similar to the majority of reviews on this thread, I share the same sentiment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support regarding a battery return, but have received no response. The battery in question was intended as a backup for an electric snowblower. Although I had no issues returning the snowblower itself (due to its poor performance) through Walmart, the battery was purchased directly from PowerSmart. Unfortunately, my four emails regarding the battery have gone unanswered. It is truly disappointing to witness such a poor level of customer service from a company.

USCustomer service is awful!! Awful! I would tell you never to go near them. I purchased a snow blower, it worked for 10 minutes and then didn’t. That wasn’t my issue however. The customer service is pathetic! I tried to call 3 times and every time I got to the next in line I got kicked back. I emailed to which they responded once and went radio silent. Thankfully, I purchased additional protect so can send it back to the store I purchased from. You have been warned!

USUpdate Hey everyone, this is not so much of a review this time but it's more of an update. Since posting my review, someone from Powersmart did finally actually respond to me via email and we did get my problem resolved. Although I did my money back, I'm not sure that I would buy anything from this company again until they get their stuff straight and drastically improve their customer service! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they treat their customers and not answering calls and come up with lame excuses that their phones don't work. Good luck to everyone else.
