USVery Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality Product I bought a PowerSmart PSSW24 24 in 2121 cc 2-stage Electric Start Gas Snow Blower on March 09, 2022. This is the first time i have used and it didn't start, It is under warranty till 2024, so trying to reach customer care. The IVR sucks, I have called 8 times and waited around 40-50 minutes each time, After waiting for so long the IVR says, Press 0 to speak to an operator and 1 to dial by name., and it got hung up. Seriously.? They need to update their outdated cheap IVR. Never buy anything from this company., Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service and Poor Reliability.

USWorst Customer service company I have… Worst Customer service company I have dealt with (Power Smart USA)trying to replace a snowblower part and no one whatsoever has helped me out at all, zero return calls zero email returns so I recommend buying a different brand for your needs I could've had used my money for a much better brand ,I hope everyone reads this and realizes this is the worst service possible YES!!! take your money somewhere else and buy better /reliable machine , I wished there were 0 stars to give .

USI purchased a power smart…lawnmower I purchased a power smart self-propelled lawn mower. On April the 10th 2023. A month and a 1/2 after I received it. The lawn mower stopped working. The engine would not start. So I called the company. And the lady told me the particular engine that I had. They have lots of problems with them and they are not selling them Anymore, they are giving refunds. I still have not gotten my refund. And every time I call,the phones do not work. I get knocked off when they say I'm next in line. Nobody answers the phones. I just want my money back. 😞

USLow quality products with zero customer service and no warranty I purchased a lawnmower that was delivered on September 28, 2022. It developed some issues (won't start when hot) and on June 21, 2023 the plastic casing broke. I cannot use the lawnmower anymore because the blade is touching the ground. The item is supposed to come with 3-year warranty, but when I called 800.791.9458, a customer service number, I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to hang up. Update. Three and a half months later I get a response on TrustPilot? I commend you for your efficiency!

USAfter trying to reach customer service… After trying to reach customer service for 6 months and never getting past hold it's apparent they do not exist. Don't bother trying to file a warranty claim or ordering parts which YOU WILL NEED with their products as they are a scam corporation.
