GBR&D Service and Pricing The AC quit during the hottest week of the year. A call to R&D brought out a tech quickly the same day and after comparing quotes from a competing service, the decision was an easy one. They brought out a in house unit quickly to tide us thru the day while they ordered and installed the new AC system. Price was significantly better than the competitor's and the Tech/sales consultant was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend R&D.

GBOverall I had a good experience with… Overall I had a good experience with R&D heating and Cooling. My only small comment would have been for the installers to start earlier in the morning. They arrived around 9:30 and didn't complete the installation until around 7pm. Maybe they could've loaded their truck at the warehouse the prior night, so that they could've arrived earlier? It was a long day for my tenants. Working with Ron and Ann was a pleasure!

GBBeyond expectations We worked with Chris and couldn't be happier! He was diligent with following up on our questions while working through the quote process. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction......and even made sure the gas company was keeping us happy too. On our final walk through......Chris focused on the the tiniest details......like a few pieces of materials left in the yard that he picked up for us. He wanted To make sure we had NOTHING negative about our experience. We are so pleased we went with R&D for our generator!

GBMy great experience with R&D started… My great experience with R&D started with the sales consultant Jim Mellon who guided me throughout the process. Jay and Aaron did the install in less time than I thought and new HVAC system has been running without a flaw.

GBThey did everything but fix the problem I called them about The humidifier on our furnace was leaking, so I called R&D. Daniel looked at the humidifier filter and said it needed to be replaced, so he replaced it and said that took care of the humidifier leak. He said the water heater was leaking, and he said he could help me replace it. He replaced the water heater under the warranty (it was less than two years old), and he said that would take care of the leak. The leak continued so I called somebody else. He actually listened to me and looked at the water line on the humidifier, and he found the leak in about 30 seconds. I told Daniel right up front that the humidifier was leaking, but he knew better. I won't call them again.
