R&D Service and Pricing The AC quit during the hottest week of the year. A call to R&D brought out a tech quickly the same day and after comparing quotes from a competing service, the decision was an easy one. They brought out a in house unit quickly to tide us thru the day while they ordered and installed the new AC system. Price was significantly better than the competitor's and the Tech/sales consultant was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend R&D.

Hot Water Heater Replacement This was a preventive maintenance replacement of a 17 year old unit; no known issues with the old one and essentially an "in kind" replacement. R&D had previously replaced my HVAC units and I have a service contract with them. I've been very satisfied with their work which is why I went with them on this replacement. No regrets, I think the price was fair, the techs were great and they did nice work. A few hiccups; on specs in the contract and scheduling, but readily resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend R&D and I will continue to use them.

Always pay exactly as quoted. Never an issue. Emergencies (I lost heat) they were out there that day on a Sunday.

I feel very comfortable recommending R&D to anyone. Sales Rep was honest and did a good job of educating me on my system and what to expect in terms of repairs and life span... Did not try to up sell anything, but prepared me well for what is going to be an expensive repair. Now I have a clear picture of what system I need to best cool/heat my home now that my crappy builder's grade system is on its way out. Do yourselves a favor and go with R&D... no need to shop around.
