I’ve been working with R&D now for four years I’ve been working with R&D now for four years, from routine maintenance to installation of a new heater and house generator. Always excellent. Always pay exactly as quoted. Never an issue. Emergencies (I lost heat) they were out there that day on a Sunday.

They did everything but fix the problem I called them about The humidifier on our furnace was leaking, so I called R&D. Daniel looked at the humidifier filter and said it needed to be replaced, so he replaced it and said that took care of the humidifier leak. He said the water heater was leaking, and he said he could help me replace it. He replaced the water heater under the warranty (it was less than two years old), and he said that would take care of the leak. The leak continued so I called somebody else. He actually listened to me and looked at the water line on the humidifier, and he found the leak in about 30 seconds. I told Daniel right up front that the humidifier was leaking, but he knew better. I won't call them again.

Thorough and professional When the technician arrived, I initially had my hesitations. He was much younger than most who had worked on my systems. I was blown away by his thoroughness and professionalism. His knowledge of HVAC systems along with his respect for the customer will have me request him for future visits and any work that will be necessary to keep my systems running efficiently. We found out that we needed a new HVAC… We found out that we needed a new HVAC system right before Christmas. Our salesperson, Sarah, made sure we had the best crew to do the installation. They were excellent. Competent, experienced, polite, and just wonderful! I would highly recommend this company .

Salesman was not very good. The salesman quoted a price then said he made a mistake, sold us a unit that was supposed to be quieter than the old unit then backed off that claim when we questioned him based on what others told us AND the unit he ordered for us did not properly fit the space. It took a long time to get the unit installed and operating properly. Because of the difficulties Chris and the owner personally paid us a visit during the first day of installation and assured us they would make it right and they DID. We are very pleased with the new AC/heater unit now. Also the installers Danny and Aaron were very knowledgeable, professional and competent. Additionally Chris was a very well-trained representative who jumped through hoops to see customer service was provided and that we were satisfied. Their emergency service was also very good. All in all even though the first day of installation was not pleasant Chris, Danny and Aaron came through for us. We appreciate the care they took in keeping everything clean and seeing that we were satisfied. With a few reservations I would recommend R&D to others. The owner was very nice as well and we appreciated his caring enough to pay the visit.
