GBPool Heater Our pool heater was delivered when promised. They delivered it to the lower edge of the driveway as requested to get it as close to it's final location as possible. There was slight damage on the unit in shipping but not enough to be an issue. The installation was relatively easy using the install videos for reference. We did have an issue getting the unit to start due to the fan blade hitting a coil. Once we pushed the coil back out of the way everything worked fine. The heater has been working as advertised with no issues once we worked out the fan blade issue.

GBExcellent!! After ordering with another vendor, waiting 4 months and then finding out it was still on back order we went looking. Happened upon poolheatpumps.com. Nobody else had heat pumps, “supply chain issues”. Their sizing tool was simple and helpful. Asa went over the info with us, gave us options, and a great price! We ordered a couple days later and the unit arrived 7-10 days later. Excellent communication from shipper and poolheatpumps.com all the way through. Highly recommend.
