Great service! The service I received during the online ordering process was outstanding! Every question was answered quickly and honestly. My heat pump was shipped expertly. Everything was well packed and arrived quickly. The unit is now hooked up, but the weather hasn’t been cool enough to really test it out yet. So glad I came onto PoolHeatpumps.com… So glad I came onto PoolHeatpumps.com site. I spoke with Asa and he was more than knowledgeable with the electrical requirements of a Gulfstream HE110RA Pool Heat Pump 115,000 BTU. I was looking to replace a older existing HP and use the existing 40 amp setup. Delivery was spot on with tilt/drop indicators on exterior packaging and transport company called ahead for my home delivery. I'm happy with my Gulfstream works well. Thanks Asa.

Excellent!! After ordering with another vendor, waiting 4 months and then finding out it was still on back order we went looking. Happened upon poolheatpumps.com. Nobody else had heat pumps, “supply chain issues”. Their sizing tool was simple and helpful. Asa went over the info with us, gave us options, and a great price!
