I spoke with Asa and he was more than knowledgeable with the electrical requirements of a Gulfstream HE110RA Pool Heat Pump 115,000 BTU. I was looking to replace a older existing HP and use the existing 40 amp setup. Very good "Bang for the Buck". My Heat Pump was delivered on time and right next to the area where it was to be installed. The driver had a couple of very good suggestions about placement and protection from the sun on the display. The locally manufactured heater appeared well made and was very easy to install following the supplied instructions. The heater is very quiet when running, much quieter than the more expensive unit that it replaced. I am very happy with my purchase from Poolheatpumps.

I have done business with this company… I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience. I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding. Down right pathetic. Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.
