GBI have done business with this company… I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience. I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding. Down right pathetic. Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.

GBAmazing experience I contacted them initially over a year ago and Asa was the person who replied to my inquiry and he was extremely helpful. We ended up not buying a heat pump last year so this year I replied to the old email and Asa answered within hours. I ordered through the website and everything was painless.
