GBExcellent!! After ordering with another vendor, waiting 4 months and then finding out it was still on back order we went looking. Happened upon poolheatpumps.com. Nobody else had heat pumps, “supply chain issues”. Their sizing tool was simple and helpful. Asa went over the info with us, gave us options, and a great price! We ordered a couple days later and the unit arrived 7-10 days later. Excellent communication from shipper and poolheatpumps.com all the way through. Highly recommend.

GBI have done business with this company… I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience. I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding. Down right pathetic. Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.
