will update once the product is delivered 4/22 finally I got a call from a live person and gotten an update on the order. They use different phone numbers with different area codes than what is on their site. Originally I was told 8-10 weeks it is up to 10-12 weeks . which not a huge deal for me Total scam took money 5 weeks ago they can not find order. Phone number they gave to call cannot take calls . luckily this was on credit card. got an update on 4/11 will edit again if resolved

Hanso did a great job is answering all… Hanso did a great job is answering all our questions and walked us through the build process. I ordered the largest pergola with all the bells and whistles. They even threw in a complimentary item! There customer service is top notch and I’d recommend them to anybody in the market for a pergola.

Excellent Pergola, Well Made and Beautiful I purchased a Hanso 8' x 10' pergola for my patio. I am incredibly happy with it. It is beautiful and easy to use. The installation was bit more complex than indicated but worth every bit of the time and energy needed to construct it. There were a few scratches on the aluminum in shipment. I was sent an excellent touchup kit that worked well. Hanso is an excellent product. I give it my highest recommendation.
