Product is top of the line Product is very well made. Everything fit together nicely. Easy to install except a few directions could have been a little more detailed. Would buy another one if I needed it.

I absolutely love my purgola I absolutely love my purgola, I bought 2 10x10 and put them together to make a 10x20 so it took some configuring and a professional with help to install. The directions that were sent in the beginning were incorrect and lacking in some areas so it was a bit more confusing to put it together but once it was done it has changed my whole oudoor living experience. It has also made it through 2 hurricanes with no issues. My only concern is the side shades are haveing a little trouble sliding up and down on the tracks, hopefully that doesn't get worse but the shades made a huge difference in privacy and blocking the wind and sun. It seems very sturdy and well made. I also got the heaters which I love in the colder months.

Pergola is built like a rock. The pergolas (we bought two) are beautifully made and very substantial. Be ready for delivery with some strong people: the truck shows up and you've got to get a bunch of 100+ pound boxes off and put away. We hired a crew of 3 handymen and they had it done in 4-5 hours. Installed on a Trex deck; added 2x6s between the joists and bolted the posts all the way through.

problems Installation instructions were weak at best! We spent 2 hours fixing installation re-do's. No coverings for post ties down bolts. Not complete! I researched and got covering which should have been included.
